1.1. "Zakotim" is a modern zakat calculator based on Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh), which calculates the amount of zakat based on data entered by the User.

1.2. Calculations are performed in accordance with the methodology approved by the conclusion of the Muslim Board of Uzbekistan (ДУМ Узбекистана).

1.3. Gold and currency exchange rates are updated based on official data of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

1.4. The Application serves solely as a calculation tool and does not provide religious rulings (fatwas). In accordance with paragraph 3(a), subparagraph 2 of Presidential Decree No. PQ-4436 dated September 4, 2019, the Provider contributes to promoting the humanistic essence of religion by supporting state and non-governmental non-profit organizations.

2.1. The User is personally responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the data entered.

2.2. The zakat amount is calculated based on assets entered by the User (cash, gold, investments, etc.).

2.3. The User shall not use the system for purposes that violate the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3.1. To store calculation results and ensure convenient future use, the system may request the User's phone number or UserID. Such data shall be processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" and Resolution No. 570 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated October 5, 2022.

3.2. Personal data shall not be transferred to third parties without the User's consent and shall be protected in accordance with Article 19 of the Law "On Personal Data".

3.3. Data is used solely for improving service quality and providing technical support.

4.1. "Zakotim" shall not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect data entered by the User.

4.2. The calculation result is advisory in nature and does not constitute religious advice or a fatwa.
